My stay at the hotel was excellent! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with a mini bar and a coffee and tea making machine, making it easy to relax despite the Vienna heatwave. The service was friendly and helpful, although there was a mix-up with the free water. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and walking distance to the main tourist spots. The dining experience was good but could use some fresh fruit options. Overall, a great value for money experience.

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant one. The rooms were moderately sized, super clean, and had very soft beds, which was a bonus. However, the room I got was smaller than expected, even smaller than what appears in the reservation, but it didn't bother me too much, even if it meant paying extra. The location, just a short walk from Stephanplatz Square, was convenient.
